Safety Training & OQ compliance

Supplemental training

ACH Inspection has the facilities, training aids, and qualified instructors to provide additional training. We are willing to facilitate training courses as requested by clients. This offering is often provided as one of our many value added service to our clients.

Operator qualification plan

In order to meet the diverse needs of our customers, Applied Cleveland Holdings has developed an Operator Qualification Plan. This plan complies with the Department of Transportation (DOT) Office of Pipeline Safety Operations Qualifications Rule, 49 CFR Subpart N and 195 Subpart G, Qualification of Pipeline Personnel. Personnel qualified under this plan must be experienced in the appropriate task(s) then pass an exam for each covered task. ACH has contracted with various firms for web-based, written or observed training. This plan is available for our customers’ review.

Applied Cleveland Holdings utilizes PEC to provide designated employees with APECstandardized training programs and contractor evaluation processes ensuring quality control and minimizing risks that an Operator is exposed to when using Contractors. We strive to minimize unnecessary duplication of efforts while ultimately making the workplace a safer environment.

DRUG & ALCOHOL ABUSE PROGRAM

Applied-Cleveland Holdings Inspection will strive to provide a safe work environment for all employees, subcontractors, and clients. Safe working conditions are achieved through efficient communication, thorough hazard analysis, and continuous training.
